What this software is and is not
NexaFlow develops analysis and visualisation indicators and tools for the NinjaTrader 8 platform. They show information about what has happened and is happening in the market: volume traded per price, buying and selling aggression, structure, levels and statistics of your own trades. They issue no buy or sell signals, they do not trade for you and they predict nothing.
We are not financial advisers
NexaFlow is not registered as an investment adviser or broker, does not manage third-party accounts and does not give personalised recommendations. Nothing we publish — website, documentation, emails or support material — takes into account your financial situation, your objectives or your risk tolerance, because we do not know them. None of it constitutes financial, legal or tax advice.
The risk is real and it is yours
Trading futures, forex and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose part of your capital, all of it, or more than you initially deposited. Use risk capital only: money you can lose without compromising your financial security or your way of life.
The decisions are yours
Whatever you do based on what these tools show is your responsibility. A tool can show you where volume traded or how much aggression there was at a price; it cannot tell you whether to enter, how much to risk, or when to exit. That judgement is yours and so are its consequences.
No outcome is guaranteed
We guarantee no financial outcome from the use of these tools, and we do not claim they will improve your results. Past results, ours or anyone else's, are not necessarily indicative of future results. Market conditions change, and what worked in one period may not work in the next.
What you see depends on your data provider
What these indicators draw depends entirely on the market data you subscribe to and on your platform settings. Incomplete or delayed data, or data without a bid and ask breakdown, produces incomplete representations. Check your data before making decisions based on what you see on screen.
Your jurisdiction
These tools are offered for use where it is lawful to do so. You are responsible for checking that your use of them, and the activity you carry out with them, complies with the rules applicable in your country of residence.
