Terms of use
What exactly you buy, what you can do with it and what you cannot.

What you buy
You buy a licence to use the software, not the software itself. The licence is personal and non-transferable, tied to a specific machine and, for indicator packs, carries an end date linked to your subscription. Replicator and Journal are licensed with a one-off payment and no end date.
What you may do
Install and use it on the machine tied to your licence, for your own trading, as often and for as long as you like while the licence is valid. If you change computer, write to soporte@nexaflow.trade and we move the licence at no charge.
What you may not do
Resell, rent, assign or share the licence or the files; publish or distribute them by any means; decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract the source code; or remove or alter authorship notices. One licence covers one machine: if you work on two, you need two.
Updates
For indicator packs, new versions are included while the licence is valid, including indicators added to the pack. For Replicator and Journal they are included with no time limit. If NinjaTrader released a major platform version that forced a tool to be rebuilt, that would be a new product.
Delivery and activation
After purchase we ask for your machine identifier, register the licence and send you the files and installation instructions. Without that identifier we cannot activate anything, so delivery depends on you sending it to us.
No guarantee of outcome
The software is provided as is. We do what is reasonable to make it work correctly and to fix defects that come up, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors, that it is compatible with every configuration, or that its use produces any financial outcome. Our liability is limited, at most, to the amount you paid.
Third-party platform and data
NinjaTrader, your broker and your data provider are independent third parties with their own terms. Their availability, pricing and behaviour do not depend on NexaFlow, and you contract with them directly.
End of the licence
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want; you keep access until the end of the period paid for. We may revoke a licence if the above is breached, in particular if the software is distributed. Refund terms are in the refund policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update them. Changes are published on this page with their date and do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
