Privacy and cookies
Short because there is little to tell: this website uses no cookies and loads nothing from third parties.

This website uses no cookies
We set no cookies, ours or third-party. There is no analytics, no advertising pixels and no social media buttons. Typefaces are served from our own server, so loading this site sends your data to no one. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
What we collect, and only when you give it
If you buy: your email and billing details, handled by the merchant of record that issues the invoice, and your machine identifier, which we need to activate the licence. If you claim the free pack: your email, your platform sign-up date and the proof you send us. If you write to us: whatever your message contains. Nothing else, and nothing you have not given us yourself.
What they are used for
To activate and maintain your licence, to check you meet the free pack requirements, to issue your invoice and to reply to you. They are not used to profile you, not sold, and not passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
About your machine identifier
It is a code generated by the platform and used solely to tie the licence to one computer. It does not allow access to your account, does not reveal your trades and does not identify you outside this context.
How long they are kept
Billing data, for as long as tax rules require. Licence data, while the licence is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you need to reactivate or move it. Support messages, while they are useful to help you.
Who else sees them
The merchant of record handling payment processes your payment data as its own controller, under its policy. The email provider we write to you with sees the content of those messages. No one else.
The emails we send you
Our emails go out through a sending provider established in the European Union, which records whether you open the message and whether you click any link. It does so by embedding an invisible image and routing links through its servers. It tells us whether an email carrying a licence actually arrived before we treat it as delivered. Their platform offers no way to switch it off, so we would rather tell you than keep quiet about it. If you do not want it recorded, set your email program not to load images automatically: without that image there is no open tracking. You can also ask us to stop by writing to soporte@nexaflow.trade. None of this applies to the website, which still loads nothing from third parties.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and you can object to processing. Write to soporte@nexaflow.trade and we will respond. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to your country's data protection authority.
Minors
These products are not aimed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
